Stats Centre: Academy Summary
Displays the number of teams having each level of academy, optionally filtered by country Stats Centre: Bank Balance Summary
Summarises bank balances of teams, optionally filtered by country Associations: Mail all members
Association members who have the "can send mail to members" permission can send out a message to all members in a single message
Squad page: player roles
Player role details have been added to the 'Overview' format of the squad page

A "Back to Top" link has been added at the bottom of the commentary page
