World Cup
The coding required for the world cup, which will be played during the off season, has been completed. The world cup tournament fixtures and groups will be released later this week.
Match Engine: Spinners opening the bowling
Spinners will now be slightly less effective than they used to be when bowling with the new ball.
Nat managers: touring party selections
Currently if a nat manager forgets to select a touring party before the selection deadline expires, the game picks 13 players in alphabetical order. This was meant as an emergency measure that I thought would seldom, if ever, be required.
Given the regularity of Nat managers forgetting to select touring parties, this feature has received an upgrade. If a Nat manager forgets to select a touring party, a full 18 players will be selected at random from the Nat squad for the tour.
