What would you advise training for this fella to get as many games for the U19's as possible?

I would normally stick him on Fielding training now his bowling popped if I was purely training for my team, of course I'm happy to train for the U19's if he stands a chance of selection.
Bowling tech until it pops then onto Fielding?
