Shame about the lack of relevant talent but he'll no doubt turn into a solid wicketkeeper/batsman:

This guy looks fairly "ordinary":

Christchurch Crushers >> Kees Lile >> Details

Right hand batsman | Right arm Finger spin

reasonable
Fatigue
rested
Experience
poor
Captaincy
reasonable

Skills Summary
Batsman ordinary
Bowler ordinary
Keeper ordinary
Allrounder ordinary
Notes

Skills
Batting ordinary Endurance reasonable
Bowling ordinary Technique ordinary
Keeping ordinary Power average
Fielding ordinary

Does he have the potential for U19's or are the prims too low? Thinking of selling him as I'm only in Div 3 YOD (and looking likely Div 4 again next season) so his experience will suffer; but my youth acad is superior so if he's not going to be good enough for internationals then I'll probably keep him through to retirement.

Any advice?

All rounder, with the prodigy and a bowling talent he would definitely be in with a chance at u19s

Cheers Muff. Think I'm coming down on the side of keeping him. I hadn't planned on AR as I'm thinking ordinary is too far to have to come (even for a prodigy); might do it for a few weeks or so this season and see where some of those 4k6 spares are though, batting never hurts does it  . Fielding for about 5 weeks this season and bowling/BT for whatever's left with concentration on fielding, bowling and BT for the rest of youth years.

Personally I'd focus on his primaries this season and not worry about fielding until next, so I'd keep him on all rounder all of this season. 16 year olds train fast and with the prodigy talent that's increased even further, so it's better to focus on the primaries first while training is at it's fastest, in my humble opinion anyway.
