Pretty average matchup for you to get first up, probably the strongest team in the league

I have had a bad start on a crumbling deck, failing to make any headway

N. Witharanage (rfs) 2-0-10-0, R. Bradmore 22 (37b), I. Sleiman 24 (33b)
End of over 11 (2 runs) - Diving Falcons(54-0) RR 4.91

Dreamers have Northug on the back foot but its a sticky wicket

D. Wall (rfs) 1-0-4-0, O. Crockett 6 (8b), B. Buckland 5 (7b)
End of over 11 (4 runs) - Northug XI(39-2) RR 3.55

Kramerica making head way on a hard deck

G. Hanton (rfs) 2-0-10-0, S. Bradford 9 (14b), F. Kirsten 10 (16b)
End of over 11 (5 runs) - alalminore ccc(59-2) RR 5.36

Thanks, Muff, for putting on this competition. :thumbsup

E. Vaughan (rfm) 8-0-67-0, D. Mancell 38 (32b), L. Dippenaar 70 (63b)
End of over 40 (13 runs) - alalminore ccc(246-5) RR 6.15

That's about as good as I could have hoped for. That being said, I don't particularly fancy my chances of chasing it down. Only once this season did I score above 220.

No worries, it was this or renaming some of my players to kiwi sports stars. :geek

Im ok with this, he has 4 seamers so I should be in with a shot at chasing that down.

U. Dinusha (rfm) 8-0-40-0, M. Wijemanne 6 (6b), S. Pickering 11 (10b)
End of over 40 (7 runs) - Diving Falcons(172-7) RR 4.30

Northug should be happy with that on a sticky wicket

A. Hawke (lws) 8-1-43-3, T. Donnelly 1 (1b), N. Hoeft 11 (10b)
End of over 40 (7 runs) - Northug XI(186-8) RR 4.65

If I was up against more spinners I probably would have lost after starting 2-22 chasing on a crumbling deck but ended up being a cruise with Muggleton anchoring the innings

Realism Ravens won by 6 wickets

M. Wijemanne (rm) 6.3-1-22-0, H. Steele 1 (5b), T. Kelleher 44 (47b)
End of over 37 (6 runs) - Realism Ravens(176-4) RR 4.76

Realism Ravens Diving Falcons
Batting - Top Order 6,863 5,899
Batting - Middle Order 5,324 4,878
Batting - Tail 3,128 3,318
Bowling - Seam 5,781 (16) 5,964 (32)
Bowling - Spin 5,894 (24) 5,545 (8)
Fielding/Keeping 7,374 7,364
Overall 109,503 104,559

alalminore ccc won by 15 runs

Kramerica Industries alalminore ccc
Batting - Top Order 5,093 6,701
Batting - Middle Order 4,623 5,298
Batting - Tail 3,611 2,760
Bowling - Seam 5,692 (24) 6,095 (24)
Bowling - Spin 6,066 (16) 6,597 (16)
Fielding/Keeping 6,622 6,378
Overall 98,773 106,898

Not a bad effort, led by Raymer's 123, but as I figured the total I was chasing was a little bit out of reach.

End of over 30 (4 runs) - The Krack'd(140-3) RR 4.67

My boys have started well against good old Reff, who I join in div1 over in Safferland next season
