I'm easily bought, just ask Cynic

We can organise a friendly with those players post World Cup (not pre, as I'm lazy and don't want to change squad)

So it's been quiet this week - however the World Cups have been on, and the senior team have scrapped through to the semi finals and will play England tomorrow on a green deck and cloudy skies.

Haven't had a chance to review any of the games in great detail as of yet as the games have been on during work hours. Might be able to provide some details over the weekend.

Here's hoping for some luck :thumbsup and who knows what will happen :ninja

Good luck to Cynic and the USA who have also made the semi's

Three quarters of the way through the World Cup semi final and we are in a pretty strong position, courtesy of a crucial batting partnership between Miss Lanka and the Beefmeister - backed up by a solid bowling performance.

USA hold the balance of power in their semi final - could be a final between two teams that have never won the WC!

B. Robinson (rf) 8-2-21-1, J. Silvy 0 (1b), S. Lynx 14 (32b)
End of over 25 (maiden) - England(86-7). 88 runs required from 25 overs. RR 3.44 RRR 3.52

Sri Lanka won by 47 runs

Sri Lanka England
Batting - Top Order 11,994 13,847
Batting - Middle Order 13,164 12,160
Batting - Tail 5,439 4,779
Bowling - Seam 14,036 (40) 13,517 (40)
Bowling - Spin 13,547 (10) 13,149 (10)
Fielding/Keeping 16,286 15,932
Overall 235,502 233,379

So we are into the final against USA. Neither side has won a WC in any format, so this time tomorrow one side will have broken their duck....hopefully it's us :ninja

What's with that Kiwi accent?

But yes it's rogue and his idiot sidekick versus Dravy and his Decepticons.

I'm not 100% sure, but I think the USA might have won a youth wc many seasons ago.

Dravy, I think we could be in for a cracking final. Best of luck... :)
