If that was the case then I was very lucky - way to close in the end.

to be fair my default lineup is pretty close to what it would have been anyway. Well played your boys. Need to improve my seam bowlers, they are all older and arent getting better any more.

The inevitable and somewhat customary second half of the season win streak appears to have begun today - smashed Toolman and pulled 195k match ratings too. Really need to work out how to deal with not being utterly out of contention by the midway point of the season, somehow.

195k? :thumbsup , where did that come from?, if you had pulled that out last week you might've beaten me, or the last few weeks and you'd probably be top of the league.

Playing Whambo on a crumbler. I think our teams are pretty evenly matched. I have 2 medium bowlers and a fastie to his 3 RFMs. Batting seems pretty equal.

End of over 34 (maiden) - Spitting Furballs(119-3). 62 runs required from 16 overs. RR 3.50 RRR 3.88
G. Favell 0 (3b) , S. Arunakumara 54 (89b) , R. Pretty 7-1-22-1

This game is going to be a tight one!!

Argh! Been stuck in Devon for a week, a good 15 miles away from the nearest place to get mobile signal. As such 'twas default team. Having said that I wouldn't have changed *that* much if I'm honest, would deffo have gone three spinners though. Manner of defeat was sufficiently large enough for me not to be able to whinge about not being able to set a lineup etc.

Such a shit season.

5th straight win, hopefully i can make it 6 next week against Snutji, not a bad second round of the season for me, not sure if i'll be able to climb any higher than 4th though, see what happens. Anyone else notice our league is ranked 3rd in the world at the moment?, no wonder Whambo is struggling not to get relegated

Whambo still has to play Sector though so that's at least 4 more points. I need a win against the top 4 to stand a chance to stay in
