20 years | 38,466 rating | $5,332 wage (0% discount)
Right hand batsman | Right arm Medium
Talents Prodigy, Yorker
Nationality New Zealand New Zealand
Form average
Fatigue rested
Experience average
Captaincy average
Skills Summary
Batsman average
Bowler reliable
Keeper poor
Allrounder reasonable
Notes
Skills
Batting average Endurance reasonable
Bowling outstanding Technique accomplished
Keeping dreadful Power poor
Fielding capable

Feel like I have a pretty decent 20yo RM here, just wondering how you guys would train him? I currently have him on fielding training and by my calculations he is 1 maybe 2 weeks off a fielding pop to reliable.

He's definitely salvageable. I would leave him on fielding until outstanding and hope for a bonus tech pop. Then stick him on bowling tech until it catches up to bowling, then back to bowling until he's 24 and you can start looking at strength and fitness.

Fielding first to reasonable or capable depending on your personal choice as trains mega fast at 16. Because of the tech gap I'd probably just make him a bowler who can bat a bit, in which case once his fielding is sorted I'd go straight to bowling tech and leave him there until he catches up.

No. Just fielding for some reason. I'm not 100% sure on this - might need some of the guys who have the stats to back this up but it does seem to work for me.

At some point I am going to start collating my own information...

His bowling just popped outstanding so i am thinking maybe i should work towards outstanding or even spectacular fielding? But then again i think that his field is enough and i should focus completely on primary now as he could be a really good fast bowler in the future. Maybe even try world class primaries? My SA is luxurious atm.
I'd go to outstanding fielding then focus on primaries. My senior academy is lavish and my data says it takes 5 weeks to go from expert to outstanding fielding on a 23 yr old at that level academy, so its a small amount of time for a more well rounded player.

I would give him a couple of fitness pops first then go back to batting

I'd probably get a quick couple of power pops then go back to primaries. Then back to power mid 25 maybe
