Tech popped last week and he's about 2 weeks from a fielding pop.

After fielding has popped, would it be better to start training power or leave him on batting for another season before power?
I think I'd be tempted by Fitness. Get that endurance up to expert and hopefully there should be a power pop or two. Then just leave him on power for the entirety of next season and re-evaluate afterwards.
