Trains the fastest there. Generally people go somewhere between reasonable/accomplished depending on how high they want to take the primaries. Gets it out of the way for the rest of Youth training.

No it won't because in most cases the players pretty much all look the same by then

I agree in trng it more in youths, 2 levels of fielding for half a level of primaries is more than worth it
But ultimately at the end of the day when they get to 27-28 they all start to look very similar

in most cases yeah
I plot my youths based on full pops, if they are only going to get the half level of primary with cap field then I go another pop or two in fielding maybe some strength/endo if required too
