As Cynic said it depends on what you want to focus on.

Looking at your team it would make more sense to improve the the Youth Academy at the moment. The seniors you have arnt really worth investing in a Senior Academy for. With a better Youth Academy your youth players would be better and once they reach the senior squad you could then improve the senior Academy then.

What must be the ideal primary and secondary skill of 20 year old players ,so that they can easily sold in transfer market ??

Its all a little subjective really

Exp/acc with decent fielding etc will get you some cash
Acc/rel with rel to acc fielding will do ok
Acc/rel with a talent will do ok
Cap or better exp on any of these will raise the prices again

Its not an exact science but thats a ballpark

In game trigger talents raise the price reasonably
Skilled secondary talents or gifted secondary can raise it somewhat eg. Safe Hands, Skilled Power Sturdy.

LH
Left handness raises it somewhat and particularly in conjunction with rare bowling types.

A talented left handed fast bowler say is probably worth 5-10 times that of a non-talented rm with the same skills

The "bonus" for bowling different types of bowlers at the same time - do you get more of a bonus for bowling spinners at one end and seamers at the other?

eg is there more of a bonus if you bowl RFS/RF rather than RF/LM?

The bonus is done at the start of the game. It's a game variety bonus. It has no impact of when you bowl your bowlers.

For example opening the bowling with RF/RF is the same as RF, LM if both bowling attacks are...
RF, RF, LM, LFM, LWS. for example.

The bonus is done at the start of the game based on the 5+ bowlers you have selected to use.

Ah, ok, cheers.

I just see a lot of players (myself included) bowl spinners at one end and seam at the other and wondered if it gave us an advantage or not.

I think that has more to do with an attacking-defensive strategy...
