I have managed to build my team up into the top 850 SOD teams, however I am looking for some advice on taking 'the next step'. I was promoted in both T20 and SOD, and now after a season of pretty much winning across all 3 formats every week in weaker Australian league 5's I'm coming up against some pretty tough competition (judging by rankings) in League 4.
