hi all, any help & advice about training for this chap would be welcome. Surprised my garbage Youth Academy could get hold of someone this reasonable...

Second that. If you keep him, just put him on KB training for the entirety of youths.

Fielding can be fixed when he hits 20 and you need to focus on batting more than keeping.

I’d just make him a batsmen. He’ll be a decent youth player
