Got some much need senior reinforcement - however the only area that I can pick is O'Neil on fielding...

You need to keep an eye on your weekly expenses before you upgrade your academies too far. Each extra level on an academy costs around 10,000 a week, which is roughly equivalent to the wage of a good player.

If your team is making money each week, then you might consider improving your academy. If your team is losing money each week then I wouldn't upgrade the academy as you will find you will very quickly get into debt. In general it's better to concentrate on getting good senior players and getting promoted to a higher league (where Sponsorship and gate takings increase) before upgrading your academies. Each additional academy level only gives a very small improvement in training speed (I think it's something like 3%).
