I would probably go a little field a little power than back to keep-bat in the short term
Also as a keeper may need a endo topup if it doesn't pop soon
Oh yes, forgot to mention Academy. It's satisfactory. Hoping to make it 'good' early next season.
Ok this is what I would do if he was mine

Fielding to accom (fielding is still important even for keepers)
If endo hasn’t hit cap yet then give it a couple of weeks
Keeper bat till keeping hits outs
Top up fielding to expert
Bat tech just till tech hits exp
Strength to reli
Keeper bat till keep is spec
Top up fielding to outs
Bat tech till batting hits spec (tech should be close to outs)
Strength till at least expert if not outs (he should be close to 27 now)
At this stage you decide if you want a regular looking keeper bat then you go bat tech
If you think you will sacrifice a little tech for more strength for variation, then you take strength to spec before more straight bat trng

Any thoughts on how to train this guy up here on would be useful.

He was on AR for most part of last season and is on fielding now. Tech just popped to Expert.

Ideally, I want him to bat at No.7 for my club side.

Fielding for the rest of this season and probably most of next. I'd go to spectacular and hope for a technique pop as well. Depending on your academies that should hopefully be done as he turns 21. I'd then alternate batting/batting tech until he gets to exceptional/exceptional then go straight to strength (he wont need very much fitness as that training talent should help massively).

If it was me, I would probably get fielding to outstanding, then rotate between bowling tech and all-rounder training for a couple of seasons. Once he turns 24 then start power.

My affiliate (link below) has a bunch of 24yos and younger players and should be promoting to Div 2 in Sri Lanka in atleast one of the formats. I have also reached a stage where I'm feeling a bit out of depth with how I should be training these chaps and which ones should go all the way vs. where I should try and get better replacements. I have revealed skills of all the players ...would appreciate if any of the training gurus can provide a few some pointers on some or all of them :)
