The problem with AR is it is late in the season so he only gets 3 weeks of top trng and by the time he turns 20 (unless he gets an early pop) the tech will start to lag and will need tech trng
I would go with A little AR trng till bat is reas then bowl/tech trng to get him to accom bowling before he turns 20
If he gets a couple of early pops then that could change but thats a ball park
I assume a couple of weeks of field trng to get to reas at least first

I’d go fielding to reasonable maybe capable, then AR.

Agree with Jim. Could become a genuine batting all rounder - how rare..!

You need to pay attention, he first posted him before the end of last season so he would be 17 now and will take too long to even get a decent AR out of him

I’d keep going AR for now, there’s plenty of spares there’s especially if fielding minimal. He’s a beast of a player!!

I’ll try to remember to came back within 24hrs after the next training update
