I'm thinking it was maybe a massive mistake buying him, i was slightly blinded by a wedge of EOS prize money and his "world class" keeping. I was thinking Fielding until maybe reliable and then just power until forever, but i don't know if there's a more sensible way to handle him!

or should I just cut my losses and get rid!

thanks

I'd go fielding to accomplished then bat/tech for rest of season then power for awhile before some more primaries before pumping the rest of The power

He does have a relative high wage compared to my other players with better primaries...
Don't look much into wage as his wage is inflated due too having skills in all departments and your other players have had wages updated at start of season (or were pulled earlier) and hence their wage increase will be higher at EOS. He looks like a pretty ordinary player at 18 so if he doesn't make your squad next season then you should be firing him and saving some money.

What level academy do you have?

I would probably go a little field a little power than back to keep-bat in the short term
Also as a keeper may need a endo topup if it doesn't pop soon
