My biggest piece of advice to new players reading this would be dont listen to Hellbound.

When 99% of the community disagrees with a certain user consistently, theres a reason for it.

Deluxe is easy if you only run youths or seniors
If you want to run both and eventually have a team that can compete in div 1 then you have to make sacrifices along the way and academies is one of them.
My mates and I play it all different ways depending on what your focus is
If you can't afford top level academies then don't have them, if you can then go for it
But don't think by having deluxe youth academy you are going to get a monster youth team
You might get some luck and have a good run but then you may have a lack of good recruits and fall back to be middle of the road
Have the academies you can afford, that is the best advice you can get

That is such a pathetic Marxist tactic!

I think anyone with a healthy mind can make their own assessments without being influenced by hypocritical people like you who wants to keep their advantage with deluxe academies without any competition.
Yes my comment was all to do with keeping my advantage with deluxe academies! Caught me! Oddly enough though I dont run a deluxe Senior or Youth academy with either my main or affiliate.

You spew incorrect information consistently across this forum. That's why people shouldnt listen to you. Remove the chip from your shoulder.

I like them to be level or two behind keeping which in turn is the same gap to all the other fielding skill
