Re: NT Team Thread
It's getting very interesting. It looks like Bermuda will win, so a win for us today should be enough for promotion. Unfortunately, I have a bad feeling about our match.

Re: NT Team Thread
what an equation - win for promotion, lose for relegation.
we were looking the goods until we lost three quick wickets in the space of a few overs. there's an annoying trend of chasing teams throwing away winning positions at the end of Nat tours. fingers crossed we can buck the trend...

I didn't really think we were going to chase that total so it was great to get over the line and avoid relegation. And even greater that we actually got promoted again!

Re: NT Team Thread
We went in with a lot of extra batting, so we had a better chance than usual of chasing down the total. Still a little surprised that we pulled it off, though...

Congratulations to the U19s for gaining promotion and doing so in first place.
I thought we were a bit unlucky not to win the first two matches as well.

Is anyone setting orders this week?
Having made it to the top level, it's incredibly frustrating to through it away like this.

Re: NT Team Thread
I set some orders for the next game. I usually wait for Cynic or Rogue to do it so that some decent orders are set rather than my tactically inept attempts. That generally means that if they haven't gotten time to do it then I don't get a chance for a last minute check that orders have been set. I guess I need to regularly set some early and hope they get changed.Philly wrote:Is anyone setting orders this week?
