... to get the thread going. This is just one of those....... nearly ones. Two main issues... age and stage of season. Of course I would've preferred a fastie......

2 great talents will help him catch up and starting with poor exp is always a plus. Fielding to start and then bowl or bowl tech and fielding mixed up. When bowling pops he will get some a/r so that he can hold a bat later in life.

a wristie with an in game talent and a training talent, with average power just for some added zing

But 17 year old with dreadful prime. Only plus side is that he has only 2 years to go before seniors and use him as a wage reducer

Would have been nicer to have pulled this fella out week one. Pleased with the skilled batting and seam specialist talent, just need some work on technique...

Any thoughts on how to best train this guy always appreciated! I just wish batting and bowling were the other way around!

@ U19 team - he could be a keeper or a straight bat - I currently plan on the bat but let me know if you have a preference.

Very "ordinary" player with useful talents in batting and bowling. Fielding for now...AR after that to see which pops first and go from there?

Nice pull J, that is a sensible plan for him.

Either way Dave... no obvious keepers were pulled in week 1. The only player with a keeping talent is an obvious batsman and nobody is of a better keeper skill.

(My own pulls are 2 *17 year club players in a nutshell.)

The week 0 pulls were alright for Kenya. Nobody mouth watering tasty but enough to work with in time to come and definitely can make a squad from them if they come through.

Youth Scouting Sweep
16 year olds

Centurions, Dalmar Varaiya = please train fielding up whilst he is young, no need to touch batting for awhile. Just having a fast bowler is priceless.

Leyland Lions, Amin Obanda = same please, if you can please work on his fielding and bowling skills, that will be awesome.

Dawit wa Kiliku.... awesome player.... again, fielding will be great on him

OKC Hurricanes... Dada Musyoka . nice development on this guy and great to see you playing him regularly already

Coast Warriors... Shamim Mac Okoth - great bowling on this guy but if you can get his fielding up sooner rather than later he should be able to get squaded/toured early

Staindrop Village...Adroa Waweru - a very respectavble player indeed, developing very nicely

Aces XI - Hala Choge - lovely player in the making :D

Mbeya - Gakuru Kibet lovely primary, but please work on his fielding

Kangaroo Barbarians - Amin Lostwalleti, this guy has the looks of being a runmaker, the "usual" please and he will be great

Some teams are not mentioned here as I know your habits and training regimes - Danger/PowerB/Warbirds/Cavaliers

But the above players/managers deserve recognition for those players
For more information, please reread.
