Double booking venue for international tours

Is there a way to avoid the club that is hosting an international match having a home gound competitive match scheduled at the same ground and time?
Perhaps the International match should be played at the vacant grounds of the domestic clubs opponent?

I think the script could look at the occupied grounds to avoid them for some more realism
