According to rules Linking to websites without reason (including referral links) is not allowed. Links that are relevant to the topic are of course allowed.

So I think that link to offsite won't cause any problem.

Not what I meant. I'm not being a turd (my words) and making a joke about getting posts deleted and threads locked. I meant for the purpose of getting it stickied.

But PMing a MOD would probably be the quickest way anyway.

Hmm so we got 8 topics here and 5 of them stickied. Nat Squad requirements seems similar to this one. Unsticky that one?
