Nadeem to Rigg : A lack lustre ball and a rather lazy shot, Rigg attempting the pull but not really connecting. Sedentary running completes this unspectacular moment.

1. 'lacklustre' is one word
2. 'sedentary' usually means motionless, or fixed in one position. Perhaps 'sluggish'?
3. Perhaps 'passage of play' instead of 'moment'?

Changed to -

A lacklustre ball and a rather lazy shot, {ba} attempting the pull but not really connecting. Sedentary running completes this unspectacular passage.

I've also made it impossible to get in the latter stage of an innings, as that could be pretty frustrating. The usage of sedetary isn't incorrect, but I still don't like the second sentence. Could do with a complete re-write I reckon.
Commentary editor here and at Battrick thus making me some sort of super-pedant.
