With an academy that low, the sooner you sell him the better as far as his value goes. Maybe you could get 50-100k, although others can probably guess better than me.

If you do keep him, you'd want to give him some fielding training too, not just focus on primaries. I wouldn't overdo the AR training either, you'd want to spend quite a bit of time on bowling/bowling tech.

Pulled this allrounder last week, with my first pull since starting on the game and wondering how much he could go for

Murray O'Rourke

16y1w | 27,549 rating | $874 wage (5% discount)
Right hand batsman | Left arm Finger spin
Talents: Skilled (Technique)
Nationality: England England
Form: Reasonable
Fatigue: Rested
Experience: Poor
Captaincy: Reasonable

Batsman: Ordinary
Bowler: Ordinary
Keeper: Poor
Allrounder: Ordinary

Batting: Poor
Bowling: Ordinary
Keeping: Poor
Fielding: Reasonable
Endurance: Average
Technique: Average
Power: Ordinary

I started on the game last week so my academy level is only inadequate. Should I keep or sell him, and if I keep how should I be training him?

Your player is very highly rated but the low bowling hurts him a bit. I moight be tempted to put him on bowling training and hope for an early 'POP' in bowling. If he got to average bowling you could probably sell him for a decent amount, Maybe 50-100k.

He will be fine in your academy, so you can keep him but if you need money then there will be quite a few people interested in him as he has decent skills and is a FM bowler with a relevant talent.

https://www.fromthepavilion.org/player. ... Id=2542109

Talents Seam Specialist, Gifted (Batting)
Nationality India India
Form reasonable
Fatigue rested
Experience dreadful
Captaincy ordinary

Batting ordinary Endurance poor
Bowling poor Technique ordinary
Keeping poor Power ordinary
Fielding reasonable

Academy Level: Lavish

Listed for 200k. I would love to keep him, with seam specialist and gifted batting. However, if could attract a good bid, the extra funds would help me with the club finances. he could turn into one of the best top order batsmen.
