| Yes, it's the admin team's favourite time of the season (sarcasm alert, sarcasm alert!). The elections for the senior Nat manager positions will be held immediately after the conclusion of the World Cup. Election Dates are below: Monday July 6th: Election forums open. Pre-nomination campaigning begins. Tuesday July 7th: Nominations officially open. Friday July 10th: Nominations close. Voting officially opens. Wednesday July 15th: Voting closes. Winners announced within 48 hours. Eligibility rules include: - To run for a position in the elections, you must have been playing the game for at least 100 days. - To vote in the elections, you must have been playing the game for 50 days. - If you are an U19 Nat manager you cannot run for a position. | OK, now that I have your undivided attention :) The two weeks of free membership that was given to everyone to celebrate the release of version 100 expired a few hours ago. | The end of season updates have now been completed, with promotions, relegations, prizemoney, player aging, trophies and all other details being processed. Player form will be reset following the completion of the World Cup. Just in case you missed the previous 3 news items relating to the end of season changes (trust me, there are quite a few who have :) ), you can read all about it in this post on the game forums. Pavilion Cup fixtures have also been created, with the field being expanded to 2048 teams this season. We also took the opportunity to release version 101 yesterday. This version contains come enhancements to organised friendly competitions and adds six! new pages to the stats centre (My Club -> Stats Centre). Further version 101 details can be found in this post on the game forums. The first league games of season 7 will begin on Tuesday July 7. | Goodness, is it that time of year again already? The end of season updates will be run on Saturday 27 June. As per previous seasons, this will involved a few hours of down time. The downtime will begin at around 22:00 Friday FTP time, and should last for a few hours while I do a complete database backup, optimise tables, deploy version 101, award trophies and prizemoney, do promotions and demotions, generate Pavilion Cup fixtures....zzzzzzzzzzzz. Further details regarding the end of season updates can be found in this post on the game forums. For those teams still undecided about whether or not to move to another country, the deadline for making club transfer requests is midnight on Wednesday June 24. | The groups and fixtures for the senior World Cup have now been released, with the first pool matches commencing on Saturday 27 June. Bangladesh has been selected as the host country. Best of luck to all involved. |

| Prior to version 100, the academy updates occurred at the same time as the training updates (ie youth on Monday and senior on Thursday). In version 100, both academy updates have been moved to the financial update, which occurs 30 minutes prior to the youth training update on Mondays. |
