With some changes to Admin in recent months have meant a change in the board.
Board members are now

MD-Summit
TM-Cyrus
GA-jampap
Heppa
and myself

The role of the board is to control the direction of the game and to ensure one person doesn't have full control to do as they please, in a way a sense check for myself.
The process is for me (mostly) but other board members can also post, a prospective change or fix to the game.
The board discusses, may ask for more information and then vote for the change. 3 votes are required to go ahead with the change.

Regular changes and minor fixes do not need board approval (like the icons and commentary change), it is only for changes that effect the fabric of the game i.e. Sponsorship changes, youth age change etc.

I ask that managers do not contact the members directly but message admin for any issues or concerns, and of course post in suggestions if you can think of any improvements you would like to see. Errors in the game or manual must be posted in the bug forum.
