I would like to advice to separate senior and youth Academy like previousto balance the budget and players training. Thin wisely. Sorry and thank you.

I’m strongly against this. Feel the combined youth / senior academy has been a good change.

I’d be more inclined to see academies split into Scouting and Training. Better scouts = better quality at time or recruit. Better training = better training speeds (in line with current academy levels).
