PROPOSAL -- Nat Changes
Posted: Fri May 01, 2026 2:13 am
A discussion point at this stage around Nat management.
Once recent changes have been bedded down and a few other items attended to, we are looking at how management is handled going forward.
Currently, we have a manager for each country for both seniors and youths, along with assistants. Earlier this week, someone suggested combining the two. Upon reflection, we think this may have some merit.
Proposed structure:
1 Overseer
An experienced manager who ensures things are running smoothly, guiding and leading rather than handling every day-to-day task. They may also choose to directly manage one of the sides.
1 Manager – Seniors
Responsible for selection, match orders, and overall team management (as per current setup).
1 Manager – Youths
Same responsibilities as above for the youth side.
Minimum 1 Assistant per team
Supporting with allocated tasks, squad discussions, and general management duties.
If the Overseer chooses to manage one of the teams, we would still expect a total of five members in Nat management wherever possible.
The Overseer may step into match orders if required, but the expectation is this only occurs if the team manager is unavailable or if serious concerns have been raised.
As always, Admin reserves the right to issue strikes or make changes where necessary.
