I'm still looking for my first win of the week and that's including when I've set orders for the USA. I'm expecting to be outrated by quite alot but we could really use a win. At best, I think it might only be NRR that will keep us above the relegation zone by the end of the day.

Weird game so far. We've now lasted 20 overs and the new target is to last 30 overs. However, I'm beginning to wonder what a defendable total will be but I suspect the game is just giving me a small amount of hope before crushing all that hope and doing this:

We made it to 30 overs but then were all out for 115. That's not defendable so I'll just be looking to limit the NRR damage as much as possible.

Paton did well in the conditions with 46 runs and Clarke was decent too with 31 but the rest was a disaster.

Won the toss and having a bowl on slow/hot in a vital game today. Strange scorecard for the opps, with the opener getting a massive 151 not out and then no one else getting past 23. 239/8 I think is definitely an above par score, will need to bat extremely well to chase that down! A big positive was our fielding, only one misfield in the entire innings, very happy with that

Result: Won by 3 wickets. Very pleased that we could chase 240 in the conditions, and a couple of milestones getting over 240K ratings for the first time and over 17K fielding. An absolutely vital win as it puts us 2 points ahead at the top, rather than 6 points behind. We have a very tough run in, so I'd say we're still slight underdogs for promotion.
