Ruff Royals won by 9 wickets

This win should pretty much seal my survival as we're 12 points clear with only 4 games to go. Hodges was a bit expensive in conditions that didn't suit him but all our other bowlers did a pretty good job on an uneven pitch.

The batting was comfortable with an opening stand of 125 when we were chasing 131 for the win. Avila was out for 70 and Solomon ended up 57 not out.

Just checked and only one of his five West Indian U20 players are touring next week as well, which is a shame

I never even checked to see who was going on tour. I just assumed it didn't matter as I probably wouldn't win anyway. I've got one player on tour too (technically two but he wouldn't be eligible for my youth league games).

So the batting may look a little weaker whilst having plenty of room for players to develop.
