J. de Reuck (rm) 8-0-38-0, C. Martel 14 (11b), F. Clingeleffer 6 (10b)
End of over 40 (5 runs) - wolfberries(197-6) RR 4.92
Not the worst total in these conditions, helped by my opponents two spinners and three medium pacers. Our quicks will have to really hit form if we are to win this.

A drop off the first ball
I should have said our fielders need to perform as well...

W. Shahanah (rfs) 5-0-20-0, J. House 4 (6b), L. Bruce 6 (8b)
End of over 40 (3 runs) - Ruff Royals(192-8) RR 4.80
We won the toss on a green pitch and I decided to bat first. It started off okay and we were going at a decent run rate for a while but we slowed down then lost a few wickets. It's an okay score but we're probably about 30+ runs short and it's going to be especially difficult because we're against top of the table Danger Hotspurs.

C. Rush (lm) 7-1-25-4, A. arap Kipchoge 1 (1b), F. Korir 0 (2b)
End of over 26 (maiden) - Danger Hotspurs(126-4). 67 runs required from 14 overs. RR 4.85 RRR 4.79
I'm happy with Rush but no-one else is taking wickets and Hotspurs have got the run rate required under control.

A decent enough effort with 48 for Mills and 54 for Gera. Whilst for the bowlers, Rush finishes with 4-29 but we needed our fast bowler, Clouston, to take some wickets.

Re: England League and Cup Discussion
A tough game against eagles' team and it wasn't looking very good at this point on a slow pitch:
E. Perry (rm) 6-1-29-0, E. Eze 29 (38b), G. De Jager 32 (35b)
End of over 12 (9 runs) - South London's Number One CC(67-0) RR 5.58
But we've battled back despite my most experienced bowler being rubbish again and a few missed chances. Annoyingly, Moses who has exceptional fielding seems to keep dropping them although he doesn't have the best endurance.
A. Diaz (rfm) 8-0-43-0, A. Johnson 11 (21b), J. Ayew 11 (25b)
End of over 41 (3 runs) - South London's Number One CC(175-7) RR 4.27
I don't really want to be chasing more than 200.

End of over 50 (maiden) - wolfberries(240-10) RR 4.80
We aren't defending that, at least 50 runs short of a defendable target.

P. Callaway (rfs) 10-0-39-4, A. Johnson 41 (49b), R. Christaens 15 (21b)
End of over 50 (6 runs) - South London's Number One CC(226-9) RR 4.52
A very disappointing last wicket stand for me so it's looking like a tough chase. I feel like this match has been very similar to last week with our failure to finish things off quickly. Callaway was the best of our bowlers with 4-39.

End of over 14 (5 runs) - Ruff Royals(72-2). 155 runs required from 36 overs. RR 5.14 RRR 4.31
We lost two earlyish wickets so it's important that these two put a big partnership together.

That is the 100 partnership (100 runs, 123b, 2x4, 1x6) SR:81.30
H. Keen (rfm) 3-0-9-0, T. Brown 68 (97b), L. Avila 31 (61b)
End of over 30 (5 runs) - Ruff Royals(147-2). 80 runs required from 20 overs. RR 4.90 RRR 4.00
These two might as well finish those 80 runs off so that I can have a relaxing end to the game. I suspect wickets are going to fall and it's going to be a tight end to the game.

Re: England League and Cup Discussion
A pretty dismal effort with the ball this, but after several above par performances in recent weeks, I can hardly complain about one below par performance
