E. Nafukho (lfm) 7-0-33-3, T. Dalton 3 (3b)
End of over 38 (4 runs) - Ruff Royals(241-10) RR 6.34

Not enough on a hard pitch. 85 for Gera and 103 for Hicks but too many of our middle order got out too cheaply.

J. Westerveld (rfs) 3-0-21-0, E. Morgan 12 (17b), B. Ngwale 23 (21b)
End of over 26 (6 runs) - Castle Rock CC(178-3). 64 runs required from 14 overs. RR 6.85 RRR 4.57

With a bowler and an allrounder missing we've not got the bowling attack to cause Castle Rock much damage.

Hammered today by a youth farm, at least we made them work. I gave a few youngsters games as I knew we were going to lose, no matter what team I put out.

Massively behind on the bowling ratings and we got thumped.

A. Zubic (rf) 5-0-24-2, C. Paton 1 (2b), B. Issa 0 (5b)
End of over 21 (1 run) - Ruff Royals(62-4) RR 2.95

Not a great start on a dry pitch. These 2 now have to pretty much get all our runs.

excellent partnership in the middle order really got you up to a decent total. 188/10 certainly a competitive score in the conditions, will be a difficult chase!

I don't think it's going to be enough unless my seamers start really well. I doubt we can put you under enough pressure with the RRR.

Ruff Royals South London's Number One CC
Batting - Top Order 13,421 13,249
Batting - Middle Order 11,167 12,663
Batting - Tail 4,578 6,304
Bowling - Seam 12,849 (20) 13,513 (30)
Bowling - Spin 14,151 (30) 13,600 (20)
Fielding/Keeping 16,776 16,645
Overall 230,567 240,238

South London's Number One CC won by 3 wickets

Being 5 wickets down before the break killed any chance we might have had. We might have been alright if my spinners had got some wickets early on as we could then have put some pressure on. Alas, it was not to be.

Home today in slow and cloudy conditions, we've won the toss and batting first.

Finished up 146 for 6 from our 20, not the worst total but not sure we can defend it with our bowling.

R. Schneider (rm) 4-0-18-2, J. Ghosh 2 (8b), W. Cartledge 0 (2b)
End of over 20 (1 run) - Weston Super Mud CC(100-7) RR 5.00

A good bowling effort on a slow pitch. No particular stand outs with the ball.

W. Cartledge (rm) 2-0-22-0, J. House 14 (10b), W. Mills 23 (8b)
End of over 3 (9 runs) - Ruff Royals(37-0). 64 runs required from 17 overs. RR 12.33 RRR 3.76

Very confident start to our innings.

Away today in sunny and sticky conditions, lost the toss and bowling first.

Opponents currently 49 for 1 from 6 overs, our bowlers are getting twatted in extremely helpful conditions!

Also a sticky pitch for me.

P. Massey (lfs) 2-0-12-0, J. Philipson 29 (35b), C. Nolan 18 (25b)
End of over 11 (8 runs) - Pedagogs(51-1) RR 4.64

Dropped a catch and we could do with more wickets. The run rate isn't too bad at the moment but with wickets in hand that could easily increase.

157 for 5 on a sticky :think

Nearly 40 above par methinks, we've basically got CENSORED all chance of chasing that.
