Classic Dry picth result. Evenly matched teams, the team with lower number and quality of spinners wins comfortably.

I wouldn't bet against you winning, you've won 2/3rds of the matches we've played.

Still, it would be nice to get my win record up a bit ;)

Don't really have a great team currently, did a bit of a rebuilding exercise last season.

Yeah, I know that experience, I've only just starting recovering from the reorganisation I did 3 - 4 seasons ago. It's useful in the long run though

Good luck in today's match; hopefully it's a fairly tight match, but not too tight ;)

A. Nixon (lws) 3-0-22-0, T. Liberatore 1 (5b), L. Avila 45 (48b)
End of over 15 (1 run) - Ruff Royals(71-2) RR 4.73

Dry pitch and the spinners are now on. We need a big partnership now.

84/6 at drinks, a tough start to life in div 1, but to be expected against the reigning champs!

Hmm, ok, 63/10. Perhaps it won't be that tight

On the positive side my players won't be tired for the match they're not going to play on Sunday, and nor will yours

M. Mauger (rfm) 9-0-50-2, B. Issa 1 (1b), C. Paton 18 (17b)
End of over 28 (4 runs) - Ruff Royals(136-4) RR 4.86

It's not looking too good. It wasn't looking too bad at 99-2 but these are my last 2 proper batsmen and I reckon we need at least another 120 runs.
