Yea not sure the last time I had a decent NBB, Probably Carl Von Ossietsky who I picked up on the TM at 20yrs old.

In fact I very rarely see anyone with NBB talent at all, my pulls get Gifted/Skilled Keeping aplenty and even Natural Leader which mostly are utterly pointless but NBB is very rare!

Agreed! It's a shame that the type you select doesn't guaranty something associated with it.
I'd also love the ability with a new pull to be able to trade one level of batting for bowling, keeping or technique and visa versa.
Would enhance the lower end of pulls some, but I doubt it would be a goer!

I’d go straight bat. Techs to far behind for AR imo
