Final match of the tour.

Unfortunately we could not win today, we were facing a big NRR deficit in order to get 1st place, so we took some tactical risks which did not pay off.

We won the toss and elected to bat first in Sticky/Hot conditions, and straight away our batsmen proceeded to lose their wickets, leaving us 3 down within 10 overs.
Aamer Munaf top scored with 36, but no one else could cross even 30, and we were all out for 141.

In reply, the England batsmen cruised home with none of our bowlers really troubling them that much.
Pick of the bowlers was Sarfraz Waqas with figures of 7.2-2-17-1 who is also the Player of the Day.

A friendly match is organized on 30th May against Ireland on slow pitch while the weather is cloudy.

Pakistan won the toss and elected to bat first.

Started really poorly as we are 4 for 24 in 7 overs. After that the experience came out, our all rounder Shaheer Akhtar scores brilliant 53 of 45 balls and also provide the support to Shah Saeed and Ammar Munaf to score quickly respectively 26 and 31.

135 to chase is a good score on a slow track.

But Ireland started really well as they were on 67 in just 9 overs and lost only 1 wicket. Then the Pakistani bowlers turned the table and took wickets on regular intervals and restricted them to 132/9. Pick of the bowlers are Aaqib estijab with the figures of 4.0.25.3 While Shaheer and Junaid took 2 wickets each.

Its a good win.

First match of the T20 tour, where we were up against UAE.

Sent in to bat first, our openers provided a solid platform with a 50 run partnership.
Middle order then guided the team to 131/4, credit to the batsmen for sensible play and not losing their wickets, especially as the conditions were Crumbling/Cloudy.
Notable contributions were from Galileo Galilei (31), Shah Saeed (26*), and Masood Gulzar (25*).

Bowlers did an excellent job in response, they picked up regular wickets and did not allow any big partnerships to form.
Pick of the bowlers and Player of the Day goes to Muslim Rauf for his hattrick and 5 wicket haul, finishing with figures of 3.4-0-19-5.

Game 2, where we faced Bangladesh.

Bangladesh won the toss and put us in to bat first.

Bangladesh bowlers did not allow any of our batsmen to settle for long, they took regular wickets and kept things tight, which was no surprise considering the Crumbling/Cloudy conditions.
Contributions from Haroon Jabbar (23), Ammar Cheema (19), and Ilyas Khanum (17) took us past the 100 mark, but bowler Junaid Jamshed scored a quick 20 not out off just 15 balls to take us to 114/7 in our 20 overs.

In reply, their batsmen made a brisk start, but our spinners managed to put a dent in their chase by picking up regular wickets.
Our death bowlers then sealed the deal, as we managed to win by 8 runs.
Pick of the bowlers were Tasleem Agha (4-0-22-3), and Kevin Billing (4-0-21-3), both of whom also share the Player of the Day award, with Junaid Jamshed getting an honourable mention.

Third game of the tour vs Zimbabwe in Dry/Cloudy conditions.

We won the toss and elected to bat first.

We had some starts, but no one could stick around and make a big score, and the Zimbabwe bowlers did a good job in keeping things tight.
We were all out for 130, with Ammar Cheema being our top scorer with 33 runs.

Our bowlers did their best, but Zimbabwe captain Hylton Nicol played a captain's knock which got them over the line for a narrow 3 wicket win.
Our best bowler was Imranullah Adnan with figures of 4-0-23-2.

We did not have a standout player so there is no Player of the Day.

4th match of the T20 tour vs England in Uneven/Windy conditions.

England won the toss and chose to bowl first.

Openers gave us a good start, with Galileo Galilei leading the way with a fine 56 not out, which helped guide us to a competitive total of 159/3.
All the batsmen managed to chip in with decent contributions.

On the bowling front, Tasawar Raja gave us a great start, picking up 2 wickets in the very first over.
They had a 4th wicket partnership of 54 runs, but other than that our bowlers picked up regular wickets and did not allow them to dominate.
Tasawar Raja and Kevin Billing both picked up 3 wickets each, but Raja kept things tight as well, as he had figures of 4-0-23-3, whereas Billing was a little more expensive.

Player of the Day is shared between Galileo Galilei for giving us a good start with the bat, and Tasawar Raja for his bowling performance.

With us being level on points with Kenya and UAE, the equation for us us simple.
Win and we promote, as we face Kenya tomorrow in a crunch match.
