We're just around the corner from the opening round of the league now (week 5). Here are the fixtures for it:

Round 1: Multan Sultans vs Quetta Gladiators

Platinum: Married Eleven (nadeemkhan) vs Stunning Stars (DEVI) 5th April
Diamond: Time Travelling Circus (TDC) vs Rizwan Royals (MRizwan) 6th April
Gold: Pompei Cricket Club (babba1983) vs Sherlocked12 (SherlockHolmes) - DRAW
Youth 1: Baahubali Cricket Club (dwapar) vs Dreamers (tungsten) 28th March
Youth 2: Bleed Green (Areeb) vs Direwolves (tungsten affiliate) 29th March

Round 1 began with both Youth games being played early.

A mixed bag so far- Youth 1 goes to Quetta, while Multan fought back by winning Youth 2.

The score stands at MS 1-1 QG

Update on the Gold match:

Due to an unavailability of free slots, both captains have agreed to consider this particular fixture a draw.

Thus, we've got the Platinum (Saturday) and Diamond (Sunday) fixtures still to go.

In the weekend matches, Multan came out on top in both the Platinum and Diamond contests.

This also means that the Sultans have won the opening round.

The final score stands at MS 3-1 QG.

Round 2's super Wednesday contests are complete.

The Qalandars won the Platinum and Youth 1 categories.

The Sultans fought back with wins in the Diamond and Gold categories.

Youth 2 saw Multan get over the line. However, an unfortunate borderline ratings breach meant that the result was overturned in Lahore's favor.

Hence, the Qalandars triumphed in a well contested round with the final score at: LQ 3-2 MS

Round 3 saw Rawalpindi start brightly in the Wednesday game by winning Youth 1.

On Friday, Multan fought back with the Gold victory.

Saturday, the Rapids grabbed the early advantage by taking Diamond.

However, the Sultans held their nerve with victories in the remaining Platinum and Youth 2 matches and thus secured the round.

The final score stands at RR 2-3 MS.

Round 4 has been a punch for punch contest so far.

The opening match on Wednesday saw Karachi take the early advantage by winning Youth 1.
However, Multan struck back by taking the Platinum game to level the score.
The Kings then countered with a victory in the Youth 2 match.
Again, Multan snatched the advantage away by fighting back in the Diamond game.

As such, the round stands at KK 2-2 MS.

The Gold contest begins in just a couple of hours and has become the decider.

Multan ends the round with a triumph in the Gold decider.

This means they have won the round with the final score at: KK 2-3 MS

In the Saturday clashes Multan gained the upper hand by winning in both the 'Gold' and 'Youth 2' categories.

Peshawar defended the round with a victory in 'Youth 1'.

The score stands at MS 2-1 PZ.

Diamond and Platinum currently ongoing.
