It is incredibly difficult to predict team strengths rolling into PSL because teams aren't playing full strength sides in OD or the cup or etc. but I am a fool so I will try to predict anways.

Wednesday's Silver match up looks to favour DGKZ with Pompei expected to have a side that should produce a rating very close to the 200k rating ceiling.
Saturday's* Gold match up will also favour DGKZ if Married Eleven can stay under the 225k rating.

The YOD 1 match up looks to favour FF with Berkshire looking stronger than Adani on paper.
The YOD 3 matchup looks to favour FF as well.

All the other matchups look evenly poised.

That would suggest a close fought fixture. I am expecting a 4-3 result for DGKZ.

The Diamond fixture looks to favour RR with Caterham's biggest concern quite possibly being finding a way to avoid overrating.
The Silver fixture also looks to favour RR with Snowy's affiliate also looking stronger on paper.
The YOD 2 matchup also favours RR with Damaster looking stronger than Blade Brakers.

The YOD 3 fixture looks to favour MS with TDC appearing to have more access to the rating ceiling of 100k.
The Gold fixture will also favour MS with Wolfberrie's affiliate looking much stronger than Snowy's main.

The Platinum clash of titans and today's YOD 1 matchup both look evenly poised.

The YOD 1 fixture looks to favour KK with Maximus' Riddlers looking far stronger than WMChamps affiliate.
The Diamond and Silver fixtures would also favour KK.

The YOD 3 fixture should favour QG if Sherlock can solve the mystery that is the ratings ceiling of 100k.

The Gold fixture, the YOD 2 all look evenly poised.

Scheduling looks to be the biggest danger for KK. IF all the fixture can be worked out I am predicting a strong performance from KK, my bet is a 5-2 win for them.

PSL 12 Round 1 - Rolling Updates

Saturday 3rd of Feb
Saturdays only fixture saw the opening of this PSL albeit a little early. RR’s Gojra Gators took on The Dragon Warrior from MS in a YOD 1 open rated match. Gojra had the ratings advantage but oh boy did this one go down to the wire. Gojra set 186 courtesy of 77 from Pirzada. Contributions across the top and middle order meant The Dragon Warrior was right amongst it with 10 overs to go needing 53 runs with 6 wickets in hand. Unfortunately wickets constantly fell from there and their chase was halted 2 runs short in the final over.

Gojra’s win see RR take the fixture lead 1-0 over Multan Sultan.

Sunday 11th of Feb
Two matches yet to be completed but all 3 fixtures have been decided.

Faisalabad Falcons have beaten Dera Ghazi Khan Stars 4-2 (one match not scheduled).
A ratings issue could have swung this fixture back to 3-3.
Walking Champ were well beaten by Married Eleven in the Gold Fixture but a ratings issue saw Walking Champ and the Falcons issued the win.
Great wins for Hereford Hawks and Safety Bay CC flew the flag for the Stars.
Wins for It Hurts When IP, Berkshire CCC and Faisalabad Falcons for the Falcons.

Multan Sultans have beaten Rawalpindi Rapids 4-2 (the Silver match yet to be finished).
Gojra Gators and Damaster flew the flag for the Rapids.
A match rating issue awarded Sultans the Diamond fixture and it may prove the difference.
Wins for Illawarra Dragons, Wolfberries Too and Misfits got the job done for the Sultans.

Karachi Kings have wiped the floor with Quetta Gladiators leading 5-0 with the Gold Match yet to play.
Dominant from the Kings, nothing much more to say.
