I would think so yeah. Starting at poor endurance is probably too low to open the batting as an AR. He should end up a nice player though :thumbsup

Its because 400 is the lowest wage you can have and taking 5% would make it lower than that

Fair enough, so some recruits may come with 3% discount? I would of thought it would be 5% with minimum wage capped at 400.

Its really so $400 is absolute minimum
A finance review may see that change going forward, can't be sure what or if anything will change, but things like this will be looked at

I expect that to remain till wages get reset in between seasons . Speaking of which, will wages change on birthdays or end of season?

this weeks recruit has a little endurance and power to earn the full discount.

Snipers and Bandits are blessed with top scouts. Comparing my recruits to yours over the season you put up a great example for the benefits of investing heavily into your youth academy.

I will be retiring my youth academy and am in the market for $400 wage youths for which I will offer a very competitive price.

Spending around $2,000,000 per season on a deluxe youth academy is quite ridiculous for the value that you actually get from it, so I will only be focusing on one half of this game like so many other managers, the half that you gain the most revenue from and have some degree of control with.

So please list your trash youths for which you are paying a lot in academy fees for, I will buy them from you to keep my youth team expenses as low as possible.

You get 30% more trng for deluxe over non-existent, that in itself is worth it especially with the change to age by weeks
You get a slightly better chance to recruit a good player also
Didn't you argue the benefits of deluxe academies yourself not so long ago?

The argument is that it is not possible to play both sides of the game and be competitive at a high level due to exorbitant academy costs.

Despite having plenty of reserve funds at the start of the season I have been forced to retire 2 veteran players earlier than planned as well as selling one of my top players which I got absolutely peanuts for after not getting enough quality youths to make some money from.

A 30% difference between nonexistent and deluxe is just lol for a cost of $2,000,000.

I agree HB a youth academy that cannot pull a nation of choice is not worth being deluxe

rather concentrate on that you can have direct influence over
