So, after 2 near perfect tours, the second OD tour is opon us in a week. Here is the team:

Batsmen:
- Cecil Griffith [Birds XI]
- Nizam Grant [Space Wolves]
- William Phillip [Disastrous XI]
- Adron Arrindell [Dead Men 11]
- Clayton Stayers [Spinkings]
- Robin Cornelius [Antiguan Golden Cats]
- Chesney Persaud [Never Liked the Name of My Team]

KB's:
- Leah Humphreys [The Tourists]
- Calvin Pierre [Berkshire CCC]

Bowlers:
- Arthur Maraj [Never Liked the Name of My Team]
- Daniel Chinasammy [Never Liked the Name of My Team]
- Jermaine Applethwaite [Dead Men 11]
- Carlitos Wood [The Tourists]
- Dwayne Maynard [The Slack Caps]
- Harold Mohamed [Never Liked the Name of My Team]
- Maurice Adams [The Tourists]
- Stuart Thomas [Pitch Smashers]
- Calvin Smith [kato11]

With a debut handed out to finger spinner Harold Mohamed, and recalls for Maraj, Cornelius and Wood, can we pull off another great tour?

In a mirror of our first OD tour, our first game did not go to plan agaisnt a sparkling Aussie side.

With 3 teams rating above 174K, can we beat of those monsters in England next? Find out here - https://www.fromthepavilion.org/gamedet ... Id=5332700

Another fairly poor showing from us today, leaves us bottom of the table as the only team yet to score a win. Can that change agaisnt the Sri Lankans?

Possibly the most disappointing result yet, our bowlers looked toothless on a crumbling/windy.

Can we claw anything back from this tour agaisnt the UAE? https://www.fromthepavilion.org/gamedet ... Id=5332705

Our first win gives us a hope of survival, but first we need to beat a strong New Zealand side and hope other results swing in our favour. Can we do it? Find out here - https://www.fromthepavilion.org/gamedet ... Id=5332710

Do'h.

We tried something different and got smashed for it. Tbh when your bowlers don't take 10 wickets in a game once in the tour it's difficult. Still, we're relegated from Div 1 and as manager that's on me.

T20 WC coming up at the end of the season, before the new age changes switch the landscape of U20 management next season.

World Cup time! Here's the squad:

Batsmen:
- Cecil Griffith [Birds XI]
- Nizam Grant [Space Wolves]
- William Phillip [Disastrous XI]
- Adron Arrindell [Dead Men 11]
- Walter Frederick [Dead Men 11]
- Chesney Persaud [Never Liked the Name of My Team]
- John Miller [Antiguan Golden Cats]

KB's:
- Leah Humphreys [The Tourists]
- Calvin Pierre [Berkshire CCC]

Bowlers:
- Arthur Maraj [Never Liked the Name of My Team]
- Daniel Chinasammy [Never Liked the Name of My Team]
- Jermaine Applethwaite [Dead Men 11]
- Carlitos Wood [The Tourists]
- Dwayne Maynard [The Slack Caps]
- Leonard Racker [Gold Prospectors X1]
- Stuart Thomas [Pitch Smashers]
- Calvin Smith [kato11]
- Wayne Ramjass [Berkshire CCC]

Recalls for Frederick and Racker, and Debuts handed out for John Miller and Wayne Ramjass. We have an extremely tough group to navigate with relative giants New Zealand, Australia and England. Can we get through to the semis? First game is on Sunday at 22:00 FTP time.

Good luck for tomorrow to the U20 team! Hoping for a successful week for the Windies!

Any encouraging players as a result of the age changes?

I think the big winner out of the changes has been Stuart Thomas https://www.fromthepavilion.org/player. ... Id=2190629

Who, since he's been playing since he was 19, will get a nearly full 3rd season with us :o

Anyway, the first game starts tonight at 10pm FTP time up agaisnt the English. Watch it live here - https://www.fromthepavilion.org/gamedet ... Id=5334861

We've started off well, playing England at the wonderfully named Pit of Mediocrity. Co-incidentally, none of our guys were mediocre as we contained England's batsmen very well before the openers put down a solid platform for a run chase that looked pretty comfortable in the end.

Game 2 next up, and it's agaisnt the Aussies. Catch it here - https://www.fromthepavilion.org/gamedet ... Id=5334862

Losing two matches in a row on the last ball is desperately unlucky.

D'oh. As meinkadett says, that's the second time we've gone down to the final ball of the game, although this time I think we rode our luck a tiny bit more to get there.

The next 2 games are now must wins, and they start with a game agaisnt the UAE. Watch here - https://www.fromthepavilion.org/gamedet ... Id=5334870
