collapses happen, it was a risk when we lost the toss with just one proper allrounder to help out the bats.

NRR will still be ok but this definitely counts as one that got away.
Need Netherlands to collapse vs Ireland to keep us in the top2 in the promotion race.

Australia won by 22 runs

Today's centurion is Kuruppuarachchi, a home grown player from Maps' Crease Lightning.
Pick of the bowlers, just as yesterday is Kuruppu (rf).

Our middle order let us down today (need to look into the orders there), as unfortunately did our keeper, dropping the opposition top scorer twice.

Still in the hunt for promotion but cannot afford any more slip-ups.
Back with 2 rested fast bowlers tomorrow on a flat/overcast - stay tuned.

kuruppu has always been a gun. He was immense for me with the u20s

I didn't see that collapse coming but hey ho. Still well involved in the promotion chase

Warnapura's epic inns putting us in a good position in game 3

Uae will need 300+ if they are to get their first win

poor decision from them to bowl.
Once again we have an opener putting up a huge score. A mini-collapse again but this time with 3 allrounders to back him up.

R. Bowen (rm) 1-0-3-1, A. Talib 34 (33b), H. Hassan 2 (2b)
End of over 18 (3 runs) - UAE(118-2). 220 runs required from 32 overs. RR 6.56 RRR 6.88

so far they are keeping up with the rate but maybe that wicket from Bowen will slow them down a bit
