Re: Sri Lankan Cup
Hi Summit,
will it count as SL community shield (see sticky above) or a completely new competition?

Oh you're right - its not the community shield I meant it was the "SL Cup" and that thread is gone.
Community shield thread looks obsolete now. Honour board also difficult to follow.

Due to not all teams entering only the top 32 ranked teams in the country that responded were allowed to enter the tournament.
Seedings are done by rankings.
Match of the round.

iuhhui vs Ceylonian Blasters.
Div 1 T20 team against a Div 1 SOD team.
Sure to have tongues wagging!
Just my luck to get this as the first round game

First round of the cup up and running. Happy to be seeded and missing some of the big hitter div 1 teams for a round or two.

P. Matera (rws) 5-0-27-1, M. Arubi 20 (29b), M. Scott 1 (1b)
End of over 29 (4 runs) - Dunder Mifflin(165-3). 171 runs required from 21 overs. RR 5.69 RRR 8.14
I have direwolves in round one. Pretty happy with the effort but it's all downhill from here.
