I actually agree.....I just see myself killing potential Nat players I cannot finance high enough Academies at Senior level.by GM-crowfan65 » Thu Nov 19, 2020 6:32 am
and TBH I frown upon Nat mngrs and assts asking managers to sell their players
We should be encouraging them to develop and learn more and perhaps we would engage more people in Nats that way

Re: Zimbabwe Senior National Discussion
Here is the squad for the SOD tour. Unfortunately, pitches of Hard, Uneven and Flat don't suit our bowling attack very well. However, we will try to make the most of the quality we have. The main goal is to make sure by the start of the next SOD qualification period, the Zim squad is in Div 2, ready to compete. Therefore, the ambition is obviously a promotion either this tour or next.
Currently, this squad is -5 in form, so lets hope Mukondiwa & Hotchin get a nice form pop.
Siyabongi Chidyasiku
Doug de Waal
Rupert Duminy
Rick Fidock
Preston Hotchin
Dalton Knowles
Nantie Lodge
Sibusiso Mabothe
Isaac Matema
Genk McAllister
Travis Moolman
Chamu Mukondiwa
Thomas Ngidhi
Ebbo Prince
Lorrie Smit
Kepler Tahir
Brendan Taylor

wow I thought that was a below par score and expected the dutch to get a huge win, so didn't follow the 2nd innings. Pleasantly surprised. Great work Topmanager

162 all out! Again our batsmen have not done well!
Matema is on Aggressive in his opening spell, so he will need to make use of the new ball if we are going to have any chance.

I thought we were in for a tough match today as Pakistan looked weak yesterday so it looked like they'd be fully rested with a strong team today.
8 overs in on a hard pitch and we have them at 35/4. Great opening bowling - let's hope we can finish the job.

Coincidently, Pakistan has been bowled out for 162 - Zimbabwe's total yesterday. Despite our long tail, we should be able to chase it down.
Massive thanks to the FTP gods for enabling Majange to do so well today, our best FM by far. I'm glad to see his 6 aggressive overs go to good use.
Hopefully, we can avoid another poor batting display with the possibility of rectifiying our dodge NRR!

Stunning victory today!
Must have been some masterful bowling orders to restrict them to 160. Without a fast bowler in the side also!

Cheers fella,
I've uploaded the orders so everyone else can see the mastery (please do note the sarcasm)! Kudos to thebof for pushing me to add some more Defensive overs. That win has done wonders for our NRR.
Good to be in contention for promotion with 2 games to go!

Opening bowlers doing a superb job as well. South Africa 4/3 after 4 overs chasing our target of 262.
Surely we can't lose it from here...

5/4 after 5 overs now.
Should be helping our NRR if we carry on like this.
