Season 58 Moving countries. The Real Problem
Why accept new teams if the country is already overcrowded?
Between April 21st and May 11th this year 50 new managers signed up. Of the 50 new managers 38 elected to start their side in in either Aust, England or India.
Only 12 new managers selected a country which isn't overcrowded.
More should be done to encourage new managers to the countries that need them. Maybe offer them membership and credits. There is a provision to have separate waiting times for countries based on manager numbers - why isn't that used anymore?
Maybe for the time being close the 3 countries to new managers.
The problem won't solve itself if over 75% of new accounts continue to start in Either India, England or Australia.

Easy there, we have offered membership/credits for teams to move
We will close the top 3 this week, we are not naive we can see what is happening

Thats a relief. It was looking like a repeat of the season 56 announcement for a moment. I am glad you can now see it and are going to do something.GM-crowfan65 wrote: ↑Sun May 12, 2024 12:58 amEasy there, we have offered membership/credits for teams to move

And straight after having said this the next 7 of 11 new managers started off in these "top 3". No use saying it and not doing it.GM-crowfan65 wrote: ↑Sun May 12, 2024 12:58 amEasy there, we have offered membership/credits for teams to move

Since your Season 56 announcement there has been 225 new managers and over half (127) went to the _top 3". Enough to start up leagues in another 2 new countries.
The membership incentive doesn't appear to be having much impact. There is even a manager booked in to transfer into India At the end of the season.
I don't believe you are naive to the situation, just a bit hesitant of actually closing 3 counties to new managers.
While they remain open it will only continue to get worse. Close them and the numbers will only improve. That is undeniable and worthy of discussion.

48 new accounts in the fortnight since you said the top3 would be closed . 33 of those started in the top3.
India is almost at its limit.
Is the game really ready to bring in another 2 countries before USA, UAE, Bermuda and Kenya are established properly?

MY apologies to all, it should be done today.
Unfortunately I have been suffering from migraines, several in the last 2-3 weeks
and BA has been busy with work.
