I need some opinion to select the best suited captain for my senior team:

1. 21 yr old fast medium bowler with reliable captaincy skill and ordinary experience

2. Seven players of various ages with capable captaincy skill and reasonable experience

3. 21 yr old spin bowling all rounder with reasonable captaincy and average experience. His talent is natural leader.

I would go with the captain that has the most experience as I believe experience has some impact on captaincy.

So I would suggest number 2.
