The cap is outstanding for captaincy but ntrl ldr bonus still applies
Interesting. So is the cap at the top end of outstanding then rather than base level outstanding?

Prodigy vs Gifted?

Is prodigy a Gifted talent for all the player skills?

Yes, it just has a time limit. It ends when the player turns 21.

What would be the recommended endurance level for players for each age? Also would like to know when is the right time to start training power and what would be the recommended level for each age?

In the top leagues a senior player would need Accomplished Endo minimum I think, for the lower leagues you might be able to get away with a few levels lower. I never worry too much about it for youths, certainly not once it's above Ordinary.

If endurance is too low on a younger player, probably better training Fitness rather than Power. Power and Endo train fastest around the mid-20s, so I avoid training power on a player before they are 23 unless their level is either Dreadful or atrocious. Even then I try to leave it as late as possible. For endurance I'd try to avoid having to train Fitness, but if their endo level is only average/reasonable then I might give them a few weeks on Fitness to get it a bit higher.

To be honest I would set my own standards and adjust them to suit, because not everyone has the same requirements , and not everybody uses their players the same .
Endurance trains faster later in the 20s, so I'd personally recommend training Power earlier - which does better in the mid 20s, all things being equal. I don't generally train Endurance until 25+, I find younger players recover much more quickly and therefore don't need as much endurance anyway. Having said that if you've got a smaller squad, and you can't rotate players, then it's probably worth concentrating on endurance a little earlier.

Also can help keep wages down if you don't train primaries early on, and try to push up the secondaries, so if finances are tight then it's worth considering training endurance if it's low.

Primaries train faster at earlier ages so you're shooting yourself in the foot.

Eeeek, I avoid training fitness or power in the youths unless maybe trying to get a player into the Internationals or as a specialised power hitter or quick etc but these are only on players that won't make the seniors.

I've recently had a change of tact in training fitness/power for seniors, used to really concentrate on endurance first then power but now not so much unless endurance is really low to start with, after all endurance is trained by any training while power isn't.

Yep, agree, I probably wasn't clear. I would train primaries, and fielding, over endurance or strength, generally until mid 20s. If I had to choose though, and there was a reason I'd potentially train strength earlier on if necessary - for the reasons I specified.

A team has just gone bot in my SOD league.

Was wondering when they play as a bot instead of the 192k monster they are rated at.

(Wanted to know if I can rest anyone, or play the strongest side possible, as I am still a chance at promoting.)
Regardless, I'd still suggest you play with your strongest side possible and try for promotion. Not sure what your players skills are like but you may still benefit by resting a player to achieve a stronger side. Fatigue can influence the match outcome by a good margin at times.
