Hate to burst all your bubbles but with a split of strength and fitness his player will get to legendary in both around the end of his 28 season (not sure if that is what MrGutsy meant)
If he went for primaries instead he would get to WC inside 30 weeks given he is younger than most when going for that level
My Fasty (at my affiliate) is about to do it in 32 weeks in a superior academy starting at a very similar age

If he was mine I would go field to spec, power to outs, batting to WC. Should all happen as he turns 29.
