Hey guys just looking for some advice on where to train this bloke. Obviously looking to make him a gun keeper and middle order batsmen. I've never had to train a keeper this early on as i've always brought in older more complete keepers.

Also, out of curiosity, how long would a pop take at the age of 20 on pure keeping alone with a superior senior acad. I take its faster than bowling/batting pops?
Great player indeed, he has 4749 ratings in spare so he should give you some quick pops but i have no idea where his spare's might specifically be. Best to mail his previous owner and inquire about it.
Yes pure keeping is MUCH faster then primaries, at 20 year on a superior academy it will take 7 weeks of pure keeper training for expert ----> outstanding, 6 weeks on a deluxe. But i don't recommend you training him pure keeper unless his technique is full level behind then batting.

Train him as a keeper batsman all the way until 24 and by then he will have world class keeping and exceptional batting and technique. Obviously you will have to train his fielding a bit too because keeper batsman gives very low fielding pops.
Thanks for the feedback!

My rough estimates weren't too far off :party

I'd go fielding to Outstanding them primaries to expert then fielding to spec.
