The main issue is that their skills don't quite match up to their skill summaries....why is this the case? Have I been training them wrong or....?
Lacking in experience, particularly the first one.
Yeah, fair enough. More looking at their batting "skill summary" being higher than their batting "skill". Suppose Brits's technique helps a bit, but wonder why it's only affected his batting positively.

obviously his batting is quite literally atrocious lmao, is it worth trying to boost it a few points or should I just leave it and accept that he'll always be a no11?
Thanks

Two questions:
a) What fielding level does a keeper need to be trained up to? Ideal and bare minumum
b) What level of Power should I train a spinner up to? Is it different for a FS vs. a WS?

Various managers have different views on these questions, so you'll get a good range of answers I hope.
I personally make sure my keepers are expert fielders at age 21, then they generally get extra fielding through their KB training so end up on Outstanding fielding generally.
I've heard that more power is good on a wristie but with my FS, I tend to just see where they get to without training it specifically (ie just training Endurance) and leave it there.

with this player at the moment I'm just training Batting, but his power and endurance are both not great, so would it be more sensible to go for strength training before boosting that batting?
Thanks
