Picked this guy up today and was just after some thoughts on how to go abaout training. Was think fielding for at least 1 pop maybe 2 then maybe keeping for one more pop and then onto strength

I would go Fielding to expert, then bowling/bowling tech til both are spectacular.

After that I would go Power to spectacular, endo to spectacular, then re-evaluate based on age.
