Trains the fastest there. Generally people go somewhere between reasonable/accomplished depending on how high they want to take the primaries. Gets it out of the way for the rest of Youth training.LovesToSpooge wrote:Why fielding for a 16yo?

No it won't because in most cases the players pretty much all look the same by then

I agree in trng it more in youths, 2 levels of fielding for half a level of primaries is more than worth it
But ultimately at the end of the day when they get to 27-28 they all start to look very similar

in most cases yeah
I plot my youths based on full pops, if they are only going to get the half level of primary with cap field then I go another pop or two in fielding maybe some strength/endo if required too
